Annual Assessment Report Due June 30

Beginning with a leadership retreat during the summer months, the department heads within the division set Divisional goals for the upcoming year.  These goals are aligned with the Division’s mission, “We Help Students Succeed” and values. Prior to the start of the academic year, a Division-wide retreat is held where each department is responsible for defining specific goals that align with the Division’s goals. Throughout the year, institutional data and departmental and survey data are utilized to measure the various goals by each department. Each department is responsible for collecting and analyzing data that is relevant to their particular department’s goals.  Once analyzed, department specific meetings and analysis are conducted to determine next steps, whether it is continued support of the initiative or goal or a recalibration of the particular goal; resulting in determining if the goal achieved its intended outcome(s).  At the conclusion of the academic year, each department is responsible for submitting a report outlining their goals, outcomes, and action steps.
